There are VW TDI kits available for the Jeep Wrangler too. The benefits are:
1) You can probably find a Wrangler with a tired motor. 2) There are power to
weight ratio benefits i.e., VW tdi has more torque but weighs about 100 lbs
less than the Wrangler engine. 3) There are lots of parts available for
modding Jeeps and 4) Fuel mileage is around 30 mpg vs 16.
