Like when one of the wires that went to my transmission wore though and broke - causing the car to be stuck in 3rd gear. This particular case was odd, given the O2 sensor was still sending a signal, but it was constant high voltage (causing the computer to think it is running way too rich). Then the truck wasn't getting enough gas and was sputtering. It would have been better to just disconnect the O2 sensor completely. - Mark --- WWIVToss v.1.51 * Origin: http://www.weather-station.org * Bel Air, MD -USA (1:261/1304.0) |
