As much as I like having a stock head unit to minimize the chance
someone will break in to my car, I'd love to get an Android head unit
and be able to run Android apps natively.

I've liked the idea of syncing my car and my home media via 4g/wifi - be
able to connect to my home network and sync folders on each.
