Malaysia Airlines now makes it possible to book airline tickets via Facebook
Messenger. Together with technology provider Amadeus, a chatbot was developed
that helps customers to search and pay for their journey.
 
Travelers can also ask the chatbot questions about their trip and receive
their boarding pass via Facebook Messenger.
 
Malaysia Airlines is the first airline in Malaysia to offer the service.
