Russia has complained to the international civil aviation organization ICAO
about the restrictions imposed on the Russian aviation sector since the
outbreak of war in Ukraine. For example, Russian aircraft are not allowed to
fly to the EU and the supply of new aircraft or spare parts is strictly
prohibited.
