A Breeze Airways plane made a precautionary landing in Albuquerque on a flight
between Los Angeles and Pittsburgh last weekend after a laptop caught fire on
board, the American carrier reported. It is not the first time that an
electronic device has caught fire on an aircraft, with lithium-ion batteries
as the culprits.
