WestJet starts a regular service between Dublin and Halifax on 29 April 2019.
The Canadian airline flies non-stop daily between the two cities during the
summer season. Use is made of a Boeing 737 MAX 8.
 
Dublin is also connected to Calgary and St. John's in the summer. The
introduction of the Boeing 737 MAX 8 enables WestJet to start more thin routes
to Europe.
 
On board the Boeing 737 MAX 8, WestJet has seating for a total of 174
passengers, 12 of which are in Premium Economy.
