   A man wanted for raping a 12 year old girl in Palmyra in April   
   is in police custody in Virginia. Roger Valdez, 38, of   
   Arlington, Virginia, is accused of rape of a child less than 13   
   years old, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful   
   contact with a minor, aggravated indecent assault of a child   
   less than 13 years old and corruption of minors.   
      
   Police say Valdez communicated with the 12 year-old girl online.   
   He picked her up on April 27th and took her to the Dutch Motel   
   in Palmyra. Police say he had sex with the victim multiple   
   times. The victim reported it to police the next day.   
      
   Valdez was tracked down with assistance from the FBI and the   
   Arlington County Police Department. He will be extradited to   
   Pennsylvania for prosecution.
