   Thousands of pro-life advocates from across California marked   
   the 10th annual 'Walk for Life West Coast' in San Francisco on   
   Saturday. The march, which started in front of City Hall and   
   moved down Market Street to Justin Herman Plaza, was met by a   
   small group of pro-choice activists. Similar protests took place   
   on Wednesday in Washington DC, drawing thousands to the Capitol   
   to mark the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the ruling that   
   legalized abortion in 1973.
