   Certainly a constitutional, clear and orderly policy could be crafted if (and   
   it is a big if) our so-called leaders had the will and intelligence to do it.   
   I don't see the current crop of wannabe elected exhibiting/promoting any plans   
   that would meet the    
   requirements set out above.  They seem to be posturing to folks who just want   
   to close the border and deport all the 'illegals' which doesn't seem to me to   
   be a rational plan. It very well may be doable but there would be violations   
   that would be    
   unacceptable to just about everyone.
