   law that Obama is not!   
      
   More than six years after Feliciano Concha-Maxinez died in a   
   July 2008 “road rage” incident in Northeast Harris County, a   
   suspect has been charged with murder.   
      
   This week a Harris County grand jury indicted Kenneth Bowman,   
   25, for the murder of Concha-Maxinez, according to the Harris   
   County Sheriff’s Office.   
      
   It is alleged that Bowman shot multiple times at Concha-   
   Maxinez’s vehicle after he turned right on Mesa Drive from   
   Beltway 8 North and narrowly missed hitting Bowman’s vehicle.   
   Bowman is alleged to have fired several shots from his handgun   
   into the victim’s SUV with one of the rounds hitting the victim   
   in the head. He later died at an area hospital.   
      
   The HCSO Homicide Unit was working the case in 2008 but   
   witnesses proved to be uncooperative and the case went cold. The   
   HCSO’s Cold Case Unit opened the case back up in 2012 and their   
   work developed into the charges filed on Tuesday against Bowman.   
      
   Sergeants Robert Minchew and Eric Clegg worked the cold case as   
   new information and witnesses were revealed.   
      
   According to Harris County deputies, Bowman is currently in the   
   Texas Department of Criminal Justice’s McConnell Unit in   
   Beeville on a previous robbery charge. He’s due for transfer to   
   the Harris County Jail soon.
