   A woman undergoing Ebola monitoring after returning from West   
   Africa died of an apparent heart attack in a Brooklyn hair salon   
   Tuesday, authorities said.   
      
   First responders in haz-mat gear descended on African Queen Hair   
   Braiding on Belmont Ave. in Brownsville at about 2:45 p.m., city   
   health and fire department officials said.   
      
   The 40-year-old woman, who was not identified, returned from a   
   trip to West Africa 18 days ago.
