   Bangalore: A 32-year-old engineer working with a top software   
   firm in Bangalore was arrested recently after his wife   
   discovered that he is homosexual. The techie has been booked   
   under the controversial Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code   
   that criminalises homosexuality.   
      
   "He has been charged under 377, intercourse against order of   
   nature, as the section reads and under Section 420 for cheating.   
      
   We are also looking for the guy who was involved with him," said   
   Hemant Nimbalkar of Bangalore Police.   
      
   According to the complaint, the wife caught the man indulging in   
   homosexual acts while she was away from home in the CCTV camera   
   installed. The wife had installed hidden cameras after she   
   suspected that her husband could be gay. She took the recordings   
   to the police and filed a complaint against the man.
