   FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. - A couple allegedly caught stealing from a   
   Wal-Mart in Lauderdale Lakes, Fla. had left three small children   
   in a car outside the store, and never told authorities the kids   
   were there -- not even after they got arrested, reports CBS   
   Miami.   
      
   Tosheba Hope, 30, and her boyfriend, Gerald Moultrie, 24, are   
   charged with grand theft in the incident, which took place   
   around 7 p.m. Monday. The station reports the couple is accused   
   of trying to steal $600 in tools and car accessories.   
      
   The kids -- ages 2, 7 and 9 -- were discovered some seven hours   
   later, early Tuesday morning, still in the car, when a passerby   
   noticed them in the back seat crying.
