   In a stunning defeat of brain cancer, Arizona Republican John   
   McCain had his entire brain removed and left the hospital as a   
   Democrat.   
      
   "I've never felt better" said McCain as he entered a limo taking   
   him to his home.   
      
   I rarely used my brain anyway, so I will hardly miss it."
