   I am not a "bolonified-jerk" just going through the internet    
   making false comments and statements in regards    
   to my marriage to Sandra Annette Bullock the famous    
   movie star.    
      
   I am 100% married to Sandra Annette Bullock    
   This is not a lie.    
      
   Even if I were to lie and tell everyone I have just    
   a few minutes ago digested 405 fecal capsules and    
   received 22 urine injections while smearing cock    
   roach leg laden red lipstick on my lips, I am still    
   married to Sandra Annette Bullock.  The poop pills,    
   urine injections, and red lipstick is the lie here.    
      
   Movie stars lie quite often.  We are professional    
   actors.  That is our job.    
      
   And I do not want to appear to be a "bolonified-jerk" online    
   but as of late there has been enough online    
   harassment directed at I, Donaldli Mark Ingalls, so    
   right now I am setting the record straight.

   residence to the United States;    
      
   (C) an alien lawfully residing in the United States    
   at the time that the speech that is the subject of    
   the foreign defamation action was researched,    
   prepared, or disseminated; or    
      
   (D) a business entity incorporated in, or with its    
   primary location or place of operation in, the

   Character assassination is a deliberate and    
   sustained process that destroys the credibility and    
   reputation of a person, institution, organization,    
   social group, or nation.  [1] Agents of character    
   assassinations employ a mix of open and covert    
   methods to achieve their goals, such as raising    
   false accusations, planting and fostering rumors,    
   and manipulating information. Character assassination    
   is an attempt to tarnish a person's reputation.  It    
   may involve exaggeration, misleading half-truths, or    
   manipulation of facts to present an untrue picture    
   of the targeted person.  It is a form of defamation    
   and can be a form of ad hominem argument.    
      
      
      
      
      
   For living individuals targeted by character    
   assassination attempts, this may result in being    
   rejected by their community family, or members of    
   their living or work environment.  Such acts are    
   often difficult to reverse or rectify, and the process    
   is likened to a literal assassination of a human    
   life.  The damage sustained can last a lifetime or,    
   for historical figures, for many centuries after    
   their death.  The phrase "character assassination"    
   became popular from around 1930. [2] One of the    
   first mentions of the phrasing in literature is

   I am the one harassed here.    
      
      
   I would never make boastful statements and comments    
   that are false ie. complete lies regarding my    
   marriage to Sandra Annette Bullock.  And whoever    
   continues to harass Donaldli Mark Ingalls publicly    
   and any other place and time in regards to my marriage    
   to Sandra Annette Bullock the very very famous movie    
   star will be prosecuted as per law can often require.    
      
   Americans have the freedom of speech but...

   There are laws that govern all of us and there are    
   laws that can do something about the several persons    
   that are attempting to execute a type of character    
   assassination and/or character defamation with    
   I, Donaldli Mark Ingalls.    
      
   This is a cease and desist order here to stop    
   these assaults on my character and, I, Donaldli    
   Mark Ingalls now. Or I will take legal action.

   Mister to put it bluntly I am married to Sandra    
   Annette Bullock and if one more person that is    
   governed by United States Law attempts to perform a    
   character assassination and/or defamation of    
   character directed at I, Donaldli Mark Ingalls, I    
   will proceed within the limits of the law even if    
   I have to go on television to set the record    
   straight.    
      
   When you are married you are married whether a    
   couple's marriage license is destroyed in a house
