A bystander       recorded video.              MILWAUKEE, WI — A 19-year-old man is on life support, and the       deputy who shot him has been placed on administrative leave,       officials said Monday afternoon following an officer-involved       shooting on Milwaukee's Lakefront Sunday.              According to Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke, deputy       Michael Truax used "deadly force" after Terry Williams fled an       apparent traffic stop.              Officers found a loaded 9 mm handgun in Williams' vehicle,       Clarke said during the press conference.              Video recorded by a bystander Sunday and obtained by Patch shows       Williams' vehicle on Lincoln Memorial Drive and a deputy with       weapon drawn near the vehicle when several gunshots were       reportedly fired.              Williams and a woman were seriously injured and transported to       Froedtert Hospital after the shooting. The woman suffered non-       life-threatening injuries as a result ofthe shooting. According       to a Journal Sentinel report today, a Milwaukee County Sheriff's       Deputy fired into an SUV on Lincoln Memorial Drive near the       water tower at about 7:40 p.m.              Here is one video captured by a bystander. To watch the full       video, click here.              In a video posted to Facebook showing the incident, a deputy       fires several shots at a green vehicle containing the man and       the woman.              The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department is conducting the       investigation.
