   Dunno why those eff-ing morons would think tracers would start fires;   
   all they are is burning magnesium, some kind of nitric acid based   
   compound... a nitrate, anyway, and I'd guess peroxide as an   
   oxidizer... I mean, it's essentially just generic rocket fuel with   
   powdered magnesium added.   
      
   Why would anyone expect them to start fires?  Why, they'd be no more   
   likely to start a fire than a bottle rocket or a Roman candle would   
   be.   
      
   Jones... who doesn't like tracers because they work in both
