   Well, the last time we saw a flu like this was around 1918 and millions   
   died.  There's no natural or herd immunity, no vaccinations, and the   
   severity of the illness is much worse and to a worse extent than the flu.   
      
   Not to mantion many groups seeing death rates above 5%.   
      
   That said, the bigger concern is overwelming the hospitals, and even   
   half a percent of the population needing hospitalization would do that.
