   Heck, what about the cheating and fraud in the Presidential election of   
   1864, when Democrats also used mail-in balloting to attempt to fix the   
   election?   
      
   Now that history has repeated itself, it's clear that mass mail-in balloting   
   is a serious risk to our Democracy.
