What is off topic around there these days, save story ideas and trolling?

I've heard some interesting reassignments for the initials NFB among the 
blind community, too -- Network of Fundamentalist Buttholes  was an 
interesting use of the three letters, while at guid dog school one of my 
fellow students, who was conginetally blind, called them the (I've cleaned 
this up) National Fornicators of the Blind. "Nothing For the Blind" is also 
one I've heard more than once.
