AFAIAC, it is ok, CG... this is an inherent problem with the style of using NA
files to build one's message areas... especially when there's no mechanism for
updating existing areas' titles and descriptions from updated NA files... that
the NA file is generally also created from the ECHOLIST contents adds an
additional breakage point when echos' titles and descriptions change...
especially when the NA file is not updated unless specifically notified and
manually done...

as far as the tussle goes, it was simply one user pushing others' buttons as
they are known to do at times...

i think the moderator, roger nelson, has relaxed the rules a little bit... the
problem was that one user insisted on talking about things that used to be
allowed by the old title but are no longer allowed under the new title...
roger will have more information on that if needed... i'm just a long-time
echo participant and stepped out to solve the problem of the area's title on
one system ;)

like i said above, you're ok... i'm fairly sure that roger will add a little
bit to the conversation but at least the echo now has the proper title and
description on your system :)
