and conversly you are also smart enough to know that each sysop can name the
echo what ever they want but that doesn't mean that that name is the actual
topic of the area... some import the name as it exists in the BACKBONE.NA
file... others do it manually from the NA or maybe from the echolist... you'd
be lost on my system where i use the actual echo tag for the areas' names...
in this echos' case, that name is BAMA...
