RADIATION CLOUDS AT AVIATION ALTITUDES: A new study published in the
peer-reviewed journal Space Weather reports the discovery of radiation
"clouds" at aviation altitudes. When airplanes fly through these clouds, dose
rates of cosmic radiation normally absorbed by air travelers can double or
