it was either a Canadian or United Kingdom publication!

Maybe you should write a letter to the editor telling THEM "Nothing new

Can't have `commonwealth' publications going off the track! Might give
the commoners the inkling that its all a bunch of hokum! They might even
wonder where all their tax money s REALLY going! It'd throw the whole
