I had in mind something simple, like...

IF ERRORLEVEL 1 GOTO NEWMONTH

:NEWMONTH
:: Do your processing for a following new month...

That way it doesn't matter what month, or whether the year is a leap year or
not, it just does a new week's worth of post-able notes over the rollover
period.

Me too.  I'm looking for something to use ISDATE with now... there must
something I can invent...  It looks too groovy to leave it alone.  ;-)
