I'm trying to install v1.07 and have run into some issues.

I followed the INSTALL.IN instructions and this is the step that isn't
working for me.  I'm using Linux Lite 32bit (pre-installed all of the
necessary programs)

Any suggestions please?  I'm not a complete Linux newbie but I don't use
it all that much either.  Thanks.
