Well, why do you think it is a joke?

The GPDR regulations applies to organizations and individuals whom processing
personal data, like name, email address, and so on in their own system.

The only exceptions from the GPDR regulations are personal data processing of
national security reasons or crime prevention.

Am I wrong that GPDR also apply to BBSes?
