From what I can see if the BBS runs as a club and the only info requested is Nane, Town, Country then personal info is at a minimum. Here once registration is completed these three otems are the only one's stored. Should point out that the BBS details are shown are the beginning of registration as a welcome msg. As for the Mailer (and for that matter the file tossing processes) GPDR does not apply.
