Itdoes, here is what I use to start it under BBBS/2:
 
{0}[c:\bbbs] cat tcpnode.cmd
@echo off
cd \bbbs
bbbs.exe 1 1 TCPIP
 
Basically:
 
bbbs   TCPIP
 
At least I think that is the correct interpretation of that :)
