AFAIK, not for web-based bbs, but for the telnet version you can turn on the
seen-by and kluges with bcfg4 (node)..

bcfg4 -> global: confs -> msgarea -> [X] No Fido strip

Here's the help line for No Fido strip:

lines
as visible lines in messages."

Now you would have to put an X in No Fido strip for any areas where you want to
 see this info.
