I tried that, but with admin as the uid (that's the administrator user 
account.) It still said this:

Note: This is running under Ubuntu 20.04 LTS on a VPS (in case that matters.)

Thanks for your suggestion - that looks more proper - but do you have any 
other suggestion? It seems like a port conflict but I'm not sure why.
