Yes it does. It has all of it built in. Only thing I see it missing is nntpd
for 
mail. But it does have a really nice web interface. 

It’s a little different than normal bbs if you tried mainstream and I like
the  difference. There’s a steep learning curve - but once you get it, it’s
super  easy to manage and work and you can even program and customize it. 

It’s fidonet/ftn stuff is really good, and easy.
