Toy-7 upgrade is finally available for everybody. You can download it from
https://www.bbbs.net/, see "Upgrade (Needs base!)" column.

- Web interface uses HTTP(S) instead of FTP to download files and grab.
- Add FTPS support to bbbsd, add "ftpd:990:ssl" to command line.
- Add CRAM-MD5 support for BinkP.
- Use CHRS-kludge instead of CHARSET for outgoing FidoNet messages.
- Minor changes.
