It was connected to a few:
- Local ones from my region (Trondelag, Norway): TreffNett, WackoNet and
TicNett
- One I don't remember, just have its name in my old ANSI ads: NDC
- BBBSnet :)

Probably not very useful for you, but if you do know what NDC was all about,
I'd be interested :)
