For those of you who hang out on irc.bbs-scene.org you may have noticed a fresh
new face.  bbs-scene-notice is a bot that will send interactive notices about
things that happen with various bbs-scene.org services.

For example, when a bbs is added to the bbs-scene.org list a message will go
out in the #bbs-scene and #bbs channels.

If you think that you would like to see other notices like this please do let
us know.
