Yes.

Nor will you ever be able to.  Consumer routers aren't capable of routing you
back in via NAT to yourself, it creates a pardox of sorts.  Read up on how NAT
works and you'll understand why. NAT is essentially nothing more than a
cheating method of using multiple devices with a single IP, when you make the
request to yourself and get to your router, your router then thinks that it's
itself and craps out.
