Partial retraction.

Sysops running Synchronet on Windows should update to the latest onelinerz
scripts to enjoy colour-coded goodness.

Sysops running Synchronet on Linux should wait a while.  Looks like I found a
bug in a Synchronet function that's supposed to output strings with various
colour codes applied - works great in Windows, not at all in Linux.
