This echo is part of SciNet which has been around for a very long time, this
specific echo is the support echo which is gated to the BBS-SCENE echo in
fidonet.

If someone in paranormal net is crossing their messages bases then the problem
needs to be tracked down.  I don't know what paranormal net is but I assume
someone who is a member has their message bases crossed and traffic from either
the fidonet BBS-SCENE echo or the SciNet SCIBSCENE echos is being cross gated.

Either way it's someone else doing it.
