I don't think so.  I think T-Mail would only work in a vmodem/netserial 
type situation for mailer-to-mailer transfers (which my BBS is capable 
of) via telnet.

Also, it probably would have been a better idea to email your scinet 
application to Netsurge rather than post it here where we can see your 
passwords and all :)
