ok... FWIW: i got my post back before i saw anything else in here... the
header in it was changed in such a way that my TO: your name was all
lowercased whereas what i sent out was mixedcase as you are posting... ie: To:
Access Denied came back as To: access denied

something is very incorrect with the gating... especially since dupes cannot
be caught as dupes by at least the MSGID as is intended :/
