ahhh... i have something similar for GIGO's SMTP stuff... i'll have to take a
look and see what i can do with a binary for RA... the allowed groups of areas
thing is going to be the toughest part, though... hummm...

then there's restarting jamnntpd so that it recognises the updated config
files... how'd you handle that?
