i never heard from anybody that you had to pay more for tons.

and the pulse dialing i thought was just some weird feature when i was a kid.
i pushed the button on my phone to do pulse dialing.

i'm pretty sure we've had tone dialing for 50-60 years or more.

those charges are just part of the bullshit phone companies would pull on
people.   they really committed so many sins back in the day.
