I've got it set up following the instructions on the ftelnet website along
with grabbing the code generated by his form. You will need an SSL certificate
on both the web server and the proxy server, and a self-signed one did not
work for me. Had to get one from letsencrypt. At the moment I am connected
from a MacSE so it's not very easy to get access to my configs to paste here.
