that first depends on where you expect to find it on the internet... secondly
it depends on what system(s) gate it or otherwise make it available on the
internet... i can say that once it hits my system, it is available via several
formats (HTML, news) within a few minutes and that on several different FTN
machines that my main system feeds ;)
