He's calling DOSBOX, DOSBOX ... it's on sourceforge.org ... just google 
DOSBOX.  It allows programs to be run in a "DOS box" at a set speed, cpu, ram,
etc.  Great for old games that only ran on 25 MHz. machines, etc.
