   You haven't been watching.  The HST (Hated Sales Tax) will now be pegged to   
   the PST and   
   introduced on items not before taxed by the PST.   
      
   This is Harper's way of increasing the GST in provinces who will now be   
   collecting more   
   for HIS federal government .   
   Look at it this way:  You don't pay PST or GST on a meal in a restaurant right   
   now.  After   
   the HST, you'll be paying both on that meal.  Still gonna tip the waiter   
   another 15% after   
   that?

   You never cease to amaze.  "The rich" always have investments and tricks that   
   write off   
   any taxes they may 'have to' pay during the year.  All meals by "the rich" are   
   going to be   
   tax deductible because they are always 'entertaining clients or business   
   associates' with   
   those meals.  Think that will fly with someone who's flipping burgers at   
   McDonalds or   
   driving a truck?
