Tehy will congeal in so long as they can do what is best for their
riding. If not they might be pounding pavement the next election.

They can decide collectively. Have a run off election amongst
themselves. You don't have to be an expert to lead or run an effective
department. Good people can learn quick.

What leadership do we get today? Civil servants say we need mor emoney
and MP/MLA just screws the people for it.

Maybe a real leader will arise as they haven't been hand picked for
   alternative reasons.

I am game to try it as what we have is corrupt and isn't worth keeping.

No, you turf the idiots as they have lied to you so many times in the
past you would be an utter fool not to think they wouldn't lie again,
   and again and again.

Parties are about stacking the deck against democracy. Use money to
bribe, buy and influene the 2 or 3 top leaders and you win control of
the governemnt no mater how people vote.

Our governments are morally, ethically and financially bankrupt. We
need to find a way for them to stop screwing us.
