   He could still run in that by-election and that recall would still not   
   remove the HST.   
      
   Have to think ahead and get the NDP to do it. Only way to get rid of it.   
      
   The BC Liberals faced with a mid term downfall would still not remove it.   
      
   Signing more than 15% in a riding is just overkill and leads to silliness   
   over practicality.   
      
   He and the BC Liberals are aware people are unhappy, but will still go ahead   
   with it anyway.
