   You have no idea on how a few independently voiced civic candidated can be   
   bought and paid for.

   Neither of then have a dictatorship of the likes of what you're referencing.   
   North Korea is an excellent example of   
   a one party one leader dictatorship. Costa Rica is a stable democracy as is   
   Argentina and recently, Peru, so   
   if you want to live in a real dictatorship, North Korea is your best bet.   
   That assuming you can make it across their   
   border without getting shot.
